Meet the Administration Team
Our Principal: Bryan Scherr
Greetings, My name is Bryan Scherr and I'll be serving as Principal at Salk Middle School.
My past experiences have been serving as an Assistant Principal at ERHS, a math instructor, instructional coach, and a school advocate for the Osseo Area School District and the Regional Centers of Excellence.
I am excited to serve your child and all of the families at Salk this year.

Our Assistant Principal: Matt Eller
Matt Eller is in his second year as an Assistant Principal at Salk Middle School. Matt was a Dean of Students in Monticello Public schools before coming to ISD 728. Prior to Matt’s career as an administrator, he was a social studies teacher with St. Michael-Albertville public schools at STMA High School. As a teacher, Matt coached wrestling, football, basketball and strength and conditioning.
Matt’s educational background includes a Bachelor’s of Arts in History from Bemidji State University, a Master’s in Education and Instruction from the University of Saint Mary’s in Minneapolis, and 6th year Specialist degree in Educational Leadership (K-12 Principal license) from St. Cloud State University.
Matt believes that all students have value and can make a positive difference in the world. Matt values educational opportunities rooted in equity, inclusion, and rigor for all students. Matt is so excited to be a part of the Salk school community and is looking forward to partnering with all school community members to help all students achieve greatness.
