Staff Partnerships & Value-Added Programming
Inspiring Teaching
Salk teachers spark curiosity and design learning experiences that prepare students for high school, careers, and even jobs that don’t exist yet. All staff are trained in AVID strategies—writing, inquiry, collaboration, organization, and reading—so classrooms are active, engaged, and student-centered.
Our staff also commit to ongoing professional development, locally and nationally, focused on student engagement, equity, culturally relevant teaching, and best practices. Teachers collaborate to weave STEM into their content while creating authentic, real-world opportunities for every student.
